These Cuban Sandwich Sliders are mini sandwiches inspired by the classic Cuban sandwich. They typically consist of layers of ham, roast pork, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard, all nestled between soft slider buns. Half Large White onion
- 1-2 Orange Zest
- 2 Oranges juiced
- 3 limes zested
- 3 limes juiced
- 3 sprigs mint
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 1 1/2 Tsp oregano
- 1 Tbsp Peppercorn
- 1 Bundle Cilantro
- 1/2 Cup Olive oil
- 1 Head Garlic (6-8 Cloves)
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- Coarse Salt

- Mustard
- Baby Swiss Cheese
- Kosher Dill Pickles
Pork Marinade

Directions
Blend Marinade ingredients in a food processor/Blender until the herbs and spices are fully combined.
With a knife make slits in the pork and season with coarse salt.
Coat the Pork with the marinate and place into a Dutch oven or oven safe pan and place in the fridge overnight.
Preheat oven to 121°C/250°F
Roast, covered, for 5hrs 30minutes. Base with pan juices.
Then increase the oven to 148°C/300°F
Roast, uncovered, for 2hrs 25 minutes. Base with pan juices.
Remove from oven and shred the pork.
Add the juice from the pan to the shredded pork (1/4 - 1/3 Cup)
Cubano Sliders
To some sliced Hawaiian rolls coat the bottom with mustard.
Add Baby Swiss Cheese to the bottom next Black Forrest Ham (Don’t recommend : Glazed/Honey Ham)
Next top the ham with the pulled pork and kosher pickles.
Add more Swiss Cheese and close it off with the top bun coated with mustard.
Press down with weight and bake in the oven at 350F for 15-20 Minutes.
Slice and serve immediately Enjoy!
