The Best Homemade Pizza Dough

Directions

1. In a stand mixer or by hand, combine the weighed out flour with oil and salt.
2. In a bowl with warm water (100-110F) combine yeast and sugar and let sit for 5-8 Minutes or until the yeast has bloomed.
3. Combine the yeast water in with the dough and mix for 7-10 Minutes until a smooth dough is formed and let it rest for 30 minutes to relax the gluten. (You should be able to stretch the dough far enough before it breaks/rips)
4. Divide into two Roll into a ball and place onto a parchment sheet tray with oil and cover in Saran Wrap. (Cold Ferment/Chill in fridge for at least 24 hrs up to 5 days (The longer ferment the better).
5. Once ready to use let it sit out for at least 1 hour so it can come to room temperature and be easy to work with .
6. Coat Work surface in flour and Cornmeal (Optional) and roll out to approximately 14 inches.
7. Add your favorite toppings and place into oven at the highest temp and cook until the cheese has melted.
